L-Arginine For ED

Erectile dysfunction is a condition in which a man is unable to get or maintain an erection sufficient to have satisfactory sex.

The result reveals that 9 of 29 men (31%) given L-Arginine reported an improvement in their erectile dysfunction.

These men had a low or deficient nitric oxide at the start of the trial, but by the end of the study, their levels doubled.

This study indicates that it is more effective in those men whose erection problem is because of low levels of nitric oxide.

A standard dose of L-arginine dosage is 2 to 3 grams three times a day.

However, men suffering from erectile dysfunction is suggested to take (3-5g) of L-Arginine per day.
